Who Are FIM Families
Two Committed Adults
FIM families are made up of children and adults. They are led by 2 adults committed to the success of their children and the entire family. The adults can be any combination of parent, relative, supportive friend, or committed neighbor.
At least one adult in the family must be working or seeking work.
Committed to the FIM Program
FIM families recognize that they must invest the time and effort needed to succeed in their goals. FIM supports them on their journey while also holding them accountable for their commitments to themselves and their family.
